Have you ever wondered why some people look shiny and why they are always cheerful? Despite their bad circumstances or their poverty, those people know that they will achieve something in their life. They always see a chance in every problem that faces them. They always expect the good things and claim it. Those people usually enjoy a good health and live a wonderful life. The secret is ‘the Positive Mental Attitude‘. 

I want you now to get a paper and a pen. Write down all your problems whether it is financial, job, emotional or even psychological. Now look at your problems and think for few minutes, what is the worst thing that can be caused by any problem? Whatever the bad results it will never kill you. What really can end your life as you know is your fear and your negative thoughts. If your manager called you to his office you keep asking, what wrong did I do? How will be the punishment? Will he fire me? You never thought he will promote you, “happy birthday! Today is your birthday and you can go home early to celebrate with your family”. That’s why your manager called you. But you just wasted few minutes in your negative thoughts adding some pressure on your brain and health.

I don’t want to make it long, so I will talk directly and tell you these words by my own tongue and my heart also “your thinking _whether it is positive or negative _ will not change the problem, but if it is positive you can see all the sides and find the solution quickly and pass it with minimal effect, and if it is negative you will gain extra load and pressure and you will keep thinking about the problem not about the solution”. No need to fear, no need for pressure. Be positive in everything, love, marriage, work even if you were ill, be positive and you will recover quickly ;) 

The clock doesn’t stop and you can’t catch the time. You have hours to live, may be millions, may be hundreds or may be few. So, believe it… your life will not be beautiful unless you love everything about it. Love your life, your studies, your problems and every small thing in your life, enjoy it. You can add some fruits to your life, fruits in everything and everywhere. By seeing the good end in every scene and expecting the sun from behind the glooms.
